With more than 14 years of clinical practice, Giedre aims to restore any imbalances affecting physical and mental health by applying treatments that suit best for her client.
Giedre graduated from Middlesex University with First class degree in Chinese Acupuncture, and completed the course of Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Combined Decongestive Therapy in Original Dr. Vodder School, in Walchsee/Austria. She deepened her knowledge with many experts and very well-known teachers of Chinese medicine such as Brad Whisnant, Dr Tung, and Dr Tan, completed the course with fertility experts Emma Cannon & Giovani Maciocia, and applies Yamamoto Scalp acupuncture treatment method for neurological and neurodegenerative conditions.
Giedre is also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Combined Decongestive Therapy (Dr Vodder Academy, Austria), providing powerful support for detoxification, inflammation, post-surgery recovery, lymphatic and neuroinflammatory conditions.
Understanding that the correct balance of nutrients, diet, eating habits, and lifestyle form one of the most – if not the most – impactful way to restore and maintain optimum health and vitality at any age, and with any acute or chronic health condition, Giedre delved deeper into studying nutrition and functional medicine, and graduated with Functional Nutrition Diploma from Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), and Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). She furthered her studies in gut health and detoxification by becoming a SIBO practitioner, and mould and other environmental toxins detoxification expert.
Giedre is a fully qualified nutrigenomics nutritionist, experienced in using and interpreting Lifecode Gx DNA testings.
