For MOMS-TO-BE (with underlying Kidney Jing and Blood deficiency)
To have healthy baby, both parents’ Kidney Jing should be strong at the time of conception. The Kidney as the reservoir of Jing directs the harmonious course of the biological vital processes in all stages of life. Jing is inherited from parents’ and plays big role to the ability to have children. Nutrition from food gathered by Spleen, supplements the Jing of Kidney, protects it from rapid consumption and replenishes it on a daily basis. Good Jing means strong immune system, ability to conceive and have pregnancy without complications in women and good quality sperm in men, and long lasting life without illnesses.
To supplement Jing by means of healthy eating, we need foods that are able to support the growth and development of body and soul. At the same time, we need foods that direct their energy straight to the Kidneys to support it in its function of storing Jing. Building Kidney Jing&Blood requires time and continuity in the implementation of dietary recommendations (at least 3 months).
