After I managed to stop taking antidepressants, I always concern about the side effect of Western drugs and do I really need to take them. However, I had to take sleeping pills, because I could not fall asleep without them. Acupuncture helped me to sleep without taking drugs. It's fantastic. If my sleep gets worse for some reason I always book appointment with Giedre to have another acupuncture treatment.
